OPPORTUNITIES:
  • Friday, July 11 | 3:00pm - 11:00pm
    • downtown Main Street is closed to host vendors and several entertainment events for Henoween
  • Saturday, July 12 | 8:00am - 5:00pm
    • The Chicken Show Parade starts at 9:30am and ends at Bressler Park, where events take place all afternoon amongst vendor booths
  • Sunday, July 13 | 10:00am - 3:00pm
    • the annual Crowing Motors Kirk Sommerfeld Memorial Car Show takes place on 2nd Street (between Main and Pearl), with vendors adjacent to the vehicle line-up

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO LIMIT OR DENY PARTICIPATION BASED ON SPACE AND CONTENT OF VENDOR PRODUCTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE EXCLUSIVITY, THEREFORE, OTHER VENDORS MAY BE PRESENT SELLING SIMILAR ITEMS.

COMMERCIAL VENDORS MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF AT LEAST $300,000.
Only those vendors who submit a timely and complete 2025 Registration Form can be assured of a reserved space.
Late registrations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

PARADE INFORMATION

Any entry, large or small, walking or on wheels, is welcome and we encourage you to design your entry around our theme or incorporate a design related to chickens. Past entries have used humor and puns in their designs, which provide additional entertainment.

Entries will be judged in the following categories:

  • Best 2025 Theme Related: Totally Rad 80's
    • $100 Prize
  • Best Overall Chicken Related
    • $50 Prize
  • Best Children’s Entry
    • $25 Prize

SPONSORSHIPS

Your support will help make this event a coop-tastic success! As a sponsor, your brand will be prominently featured, giving you eggs-traordinary exposure to a clucking great audience.

Financial support from area businesses is key to offering free entertainment and providing cash prizes for the Chicken Show contests. Flexible sponsorship levels allow businesses to select the category that will benefit them the most. Contributions must be received on or before Friday, May 23 to be included in the 2025 Chicken Show Brochure and official sponsor banners.

Sponsors also have the opportunity to partake as contest announcers, judges, and/or award presenters. This should be indicated on the sponsor form.

We cannot guarantee brochure listing for late arriving sponsorships.
